I found this recipe for tea just a few weeks ago. My grandmother had a cough, so an older woman told her about this tea.
And after a few days of drinking, she claims that the cough is completely gone, so I decided to share this recipe here.
It’s very interesting, easy, and “weird” tea. In fact, the preparation requires only walnut and onion shells. It has a neutral smell, and the taste is not unpleasant to drink.
I called it “weird” because it uses uncharacteristic ingredients. Come to think about it, the nut and onion shells are also part of the fruit. They also have certain properties that can have a positive effect on human health. So why not? Nature has so many unused and obscure capacities that are replaced by man-made modern products.
- Peel the fruit shells, wash them, and put them in a jar or other pan.
- Put the water on the stove and heat to pre-boiling.
- Add it to the jar in which you previously put the shells.
- Close the jar and leave for about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain it and drink.
If you want to sweeten the taste, add honey and lemon.
