  1. Wash the tops of the nettles well and drain.
  2. Put them in a 6-liter bottle. The opening of the bottle should be a little wider than the case so that you can put them on.
  3. Wash the lemons and protocols with all their peel and cut them into cubes. Add the cubes into the bottle with nettles.
  4. Add the honey.
  5. In the end, pour cold spring water and close.
  6. Leave to stand for 24 hours, shaking the bottle evenly.
  7. After that period, drain.
  8. Drain the orange and lemon cubes using the same drainer to use the rest of the juice and add it to previously drained liquid.
  9. Mix it all well and the cordial is ready.
  10. Do not freeze the part you are currently drinking. It should take 1 week before spoiling. Freeze the rest and take it as needed.
  11. Dissolve with water according to taste.
Recipe Notes

Sometimes, I make it to my taste without honey or any other sweetener. In that case, the drink does not have the same density and has the color of lemonade. And, it does not dissolve with additional water.

It is better to store it in smaller bottles so that you can freeze a smaller amount and it is more practical.
