  1. Wash the dandelion greens and cut them.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. Add lemon juice or vinegar, salt, and pepper by taste. That’s it, enjoy it.
Recipe Notes

Don’t forget to add the greens in water the previous night, or 6-8 min in salty water to lose the bitterness. The young greens are better in taste.
