- Washed greens and roots cut it on pieces.
- Put them in a bowl and pour it with lemon juice. Leave it like that 2-3 hours.
- After that time, add olive oil, salt, and chopped garlic.
- Mix everything and enjoy!

Dandelion greens have bitter taste. Leave the greens in water one night before preparing. If you don’t have the time to do that, put them in water with salt (or water with lemon juice) for 6-8 minutes then wash them and follow the rest of the recipe's steps.
