  1. Wash the dandelion flowers and drain them.
  2. Peel the lemons and blend them in a blender.
  3. Put the dandelion flowers in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice and water.
  4. Cover with foil and leave for 24 hours. Be careful not to expose it to direct sunlight.
  5. After that period, strain through gauze and add the honey or sugar and mix well.
  6. Store in bottles. Freeze them and defrost as needed. Dissolve in water and enjoy it.
  7. If you can, freeze the syrup in cubes instead of bottles. To prepare, take one cube in a glass and pour water over it.
